Our Head Keeper Elf has just received news from the big man himself. On selected dates in December he’ll be flying down from the North Pole to check on his herd of reindeer and will be making time to meet your little ones in his Workshop. Nestled in a quiet corner of the zoo near the train track, Santa’s Workshop is a fabulously festive, cosy cabin, with views across the paddock where our reindeer will be resting ahead of their big day.
You’ll be greeted by one of our special Keeper Elves before heading into the Workshop to meet Santa. As well as being the perfect photo opportunity, each child will receive a gift from Santa. After meeting Santa, you can enjoy the rest of the day in the zoo as you head out to complete our “Secret Mission from Santa” trail.
Limited availability – £6.50 per child (does not include Zoo admission)
The Small Print – All children aged 3 and over will require a Zoo admission ticket or valid Membership in addition to a Meet Santa ticket. Children under 3 years will require a Meet Santa ticket only. All accompanying adults will require a Zoo admission ticket or valid Membership. Dates and times for the grotto are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. We may release additional dates and times at a later date, but all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Whether or not you’re visiting Santa in his Workshop, we’re inviting everyone visiting this December to take part in our “Secret Mission from Santa” trail. This magical trail will guide little ones on a scavenger hunt around the zoo to find Santa’s missing elf. There are two versions of the trail – one for under 3s and one for over 3s.
Santa’s Secret Mission Trail is available to collect from Admissions when you arrive or from Santa’s Workshop during your booking.
